Description:
This agreement provides funding to the MUCKLESHOOT TRIBE to implement its project to add a new well to the existing water treatment facility as directed in the 2023 Consolidated Appropriations Act.
Activities:
The activities to be performed are the installation of a new well on the grounds of the existing water treatment facility. Construction will include asphalt site access, well pump and associated equipment, well house, piping to the existing water system, electrical system including backup generator, control systems, and site improvements.
Subrecipient:
No subawards are included in this assistance agreement.
Outcomes:
The anticipated deliverables are a functioning well house and equipment, which are expected to lead to a new reliable source of clean water, provide critical redundancy and resiliency, and an improved ability to meet peak day demands and fill the reservoir faster for the MUCKLESHOOT TRIBE.
