Additional Info
Care providers are required to be licensed by a state licensing agency to provide residential treatment centers, psychiatric treatment facilities, and/or therapeutic residential services for children. Care providers are required to be accredited by The Joint Commission or an equivalent accrediting agency in order to ensure child welfare best practices and nationally recognized child welfare standards are incorporated into daily programming. Faith-based and community organizations that meet the eligibility requirements are eligible to receive awards under this funding opportunity announcement. Applications from individuals (including sole proprietorships) and foreign entities are not eligible and will be disqualified from competitive review and from funding under this announcement.
