DARPA is soliciting innovative research proposals in the area of visual media forensics, the science and practice of determining the authenticity and establishing the integrity of visual media. The MediFor program aims to level the playing field, which currently favors the image manipulator, by developing technologies for the automated assessment of the integrity of an image or video. See attached PDF, "DARPA-BAA-15-58 MediFor" for further details.Amendment 0001: The purpose of amendment 0001 is to update the dollar threshold for the requirement of certified cost or pricing data and subcontracting plan.
