Accordingly, this modification: Inserted certain deadlines, including the deadlines for submitting questions and Full Applications. Modified Anticipated Award Range. See Cover Page and Required Documents Checklist. Changed naming from ASCEND Phase I and ASCEND Phase II to ASCEND Phase 1 and ASCEND Phase 2, to clearly distinguish from SBIR/STTR Phases (i.e., Phases I, II, and IIS). Updated Section I.E.3 Program Structures and Deliverables Updated Section II.A Award Overview.
