Summary
This performance work statement (PWS) for the RCRA Enforcement, Permitting, and Assistance (REPA) 7 contract is issued by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The contractor must adhere to established performance standards, including acceptable quality levels for deliverables and customer satisfaction metrics. Additionally, they are required to maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions with stakeholders while ensuring that all work products remain confidential unless authorized by the EPA.
