Ameresco Inc., Framingham, Massachusetts, was awarded a $29,056,747 firm-fixed-price contract for the full facility revitalization of Building 200 at Fort Totten. Bids were solicited via the internet with four received. Work will be performed in Bayside, New York, with an estimated completion date of Jan. 19, 2024.
