Trumbull Corp. & Brayman Construction Corp JV, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, was awarded an $11,902,980 firm-fixed-price contract for the construction of a graded pad and access that would be available for use for future construction of a concrete batch plant and aggregate storage and preparation facilities associated with the future construction of the Montgomery Locks and Dam New River Chamber. Bids were solicited via the internet with eight received. Work will be performed in Monaca, Pennsylvania, with an estimated completion date of Feb. 29, 2024. Fiscal 2023 Bipartisan Infrastructure Law funds in the amount of $11,902,980 were obligated at the time of the award.
