Pontiac Drywall Systems Inc.,* Pontiac, Michigan, is being awarded $13,510,244 for firm-fixed-price task order N4008018F4072 under a previously awarded multiple award construction contract (N40085-17-D-5039) for repair and restoration of Fuller Hall in Building 46NS at Naval Support Activity Annapolis. The work to be performed provides for interior and exterior repairs, upgrades building systems, corrects building code deficiencies and incorporates energy efficient and sustainable elements to enhance enlisted personnel living conditions.
