THE PURPOSE OF THIS TASK ORDER (TO) IS TO PROCURE APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT AND OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE SUPPORT SERVICES FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY (DHS), U.S. CUSTOMS AND BORDER PROTECTION (CBP) CARGO SYSTEMS PROGRAM DIRECTORATE (CSPD) TO DEVELOP AND SUPPORT CARGO SYSTEMS APPLICATIONS.
