"OTHER FUNCTION" THE PURPOSE OF THIS CONTRACT IS TO PROCURE GRANTEE MONITORING AND DATA COLLECTION SERVICES TO SUPPORT THE OFFICE OF INNOVATION AND IMPROVEMENT'S CHARTER SCHOOL PROGRAM.
