Background
The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is a Federal agency responsible for procuring new vehicles on behalf of other government agencies and eligible entities. This acquisition aims to establish Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Fixed Price contracts for Vehicle Marshalling and Sales Support Services, leveraging industry best practices to enhance customer-centric marshalling services and maximize returns on vehicle sales while minimizing logistical costs through innovative sales solutions.

Work Details
The contract encompasses a range of tasks including:
1. Marshalling Support Services:
- New Vehicle Delivery Inspection and Acceptance
- License Plate and GSA Fleet Services Card Management
- Releasing Vehicles to GSA Customers
- Receiving Used Vehicles
- Preparing Used Vehicles for Release to New Customers
- Managing 3rd Party Devices (installation, replacement, removal)
- Fueling and Charging Vehicles
- Vehicle Movement
- Optional Notary Services.

2. Sales Preparation Services (Optional):
- Coordinating Required Vehicle Inspections and Certifications
- Sale Timing Coordination
- Vehicle Movement for Sales (greater than 25 up to 50 miles)
- Removal of License Plates and Fleet Services Cards for Sale
- Fueling and Charging for Sales Vehicles
- Digital Imagery and Condition Reporting of Vehicles
- Maintenance, Repairs, and Reconditioning of Sale Vehicles
- Post-sale Storage, Release, and Removal of Purchased Property.

3. Administrative Vehicle Sales Services (Optional):
- Managing GSAFleet.gov Sales Platform, Marketing, Customer Service & Bidder Registration, Sale Documentation, Payment Processing.

4. In-Lane Vehicle Sales Support (Optional):
- Providing In-Lane Sales Support including live broadcast remote consignor services.

Place of Performance
The services will be conducted at facilities owned or legally leased by the Contractor across various locations in the U.S., including its territories.
