Zeiss Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) software maintenance agreement (SMA)

Background
The Army Contracting Command-Redstone Arsenal (ACC-RSA) at Corpus Christi Army Depot (CCAD) in Texas has issued a Request for Information (RFI) for a Zeiss Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) software maintenance agreement (SMA). This RFI is for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. The United States Government has not committed to contracting for any supply or service as a result of this RFI. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the government will not pay for the information requested or compensate any respondent for any costs incurred in developing the information provided. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if one is issued. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on SAM.GOV.

Work Details
The RFI seeks input from potential offerors regarding their company's small business status, socio-economic concerns, pricing offered (GSA or Open Market), and products requested. The RFI also requests respondents to provide input for the products requested voluntarily. Additionally, it specifies that all questions and responses must be submitted in writing by 8 May 2023, 8:00 AM CST. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the information, but the government will utilize the information for technical and acquisition planning. All proprietary information not to be disseminated in Government documents must be clearly identified.
