Background
The West Texas VA Health Care System (WTVAHCS) has a requirement for a project to Renovate the Outpatient Clinic in building 1. The location of this project is the facility and buildings at the Big Spring Location of the West Texas VA Health Care System.

Work Details
The project will include all labor, materials, equipment, supervision to perform the required work to renovate OPC per the plans and specifications. The scope of this project will require coordination between the contractor, COR, and VA staff. The work effort suggests a general, phased sequence of construction including identifying the sequence of work, performing demo, renovating space, and cleaning up and approval of work.

All work related to this contract shall be accomplished at the WTVAHCS, 300 Veterans Blvd. Big Spring, Texas.
