The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 6 is conducting market research to identify potential sources for epoxy services for mechanical room floors. The Salisbury VA Health Care System is looking for epoxy flooring services of a vendor who is able epoxy mechanical room floors in Buildings 2,3,4,8, 42, and 43 for the Salisbury VCA Healthcare System (SVAHCS) located at 1601 Brenner Avenue , Salisbury, North Carolina 28144. Forward all questions to the Contracting Specialist identified below. Based on the market research results the VA anticipates issuing a solicitation in the future for these services. Should a solicitation for this requirement to be posted it would be posted in the System for Awards Management System (SAMS). The solicitation would be available for download from http://www.sam.gov. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation when posted (and any subsequent amendments) from that website, and no hard copies are available. The solicitation, if posted will provide instructions to contractors about the proposal submission process. Responses to this Sources Sought Notice should include the following information; name and address of company, business size (large or small):identify whether or not firm falls into any of the following socioeconomic categories-8(a), HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business, Veteran Owned Small Business; provide a brief description of qualifications and any other pertinent information which demonstrates the ability to meet the above requirement.
