Construction Services are required for the St. Louis VA Medical Center- John Cochran under a Job Order Contract. Projects will be determined in the future. This is for the St. Louis VA Medical Center- John Cochran, 915 N Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63106.

Background
The St. Louis VA Medical Center - John Cochran is issuing this solicitation for a Job Order Contract (JOC) to provide construction services. The goal of this contract is to facilitate the timely execution of various construction, maintenance, and repair projects at the facility, which serves veterans and supports the mission of the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Work Details
The contractor will perform a variety of real property maintenance, repair, and construction work under individual task orders issued within the framework of an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Each task order will define the scope of work, including significant quantities and methods of construction. The contractor is responsible for providing all labor, materials, parts, supervision, project management, equipment, quality assurance, safety measures, and any other necessary resources to complete each task order.

Work may include but is not limited to:
- General construction tasks
- Maintenance and repair projects
- Renovation work in compliance with applicable standards
- Coordination with subcontractors for specialized trades such as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and sitework. The contractor must ensure that all work meets or exceeds critical reliability rates or tolerances specified in applicable specifications.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a one-year base period with up to four one-year option periods available for renewal based on performance and need.

All work will be performed at the St. Louis VA Medical Center - John Cochran located at 915 N Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63106.
