Background
The contract is for EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades at the WTVAMC in Big Spring, TX. The purpose is to facilitate upgrades that support the EHRM Program at the WTVAMC.

Work Details
The project includes renovating the existing telephone room for server deployment, renovating IT closets, HVAC cooling and controls, patch panel upgrades, providing cabling upgrades to CAT 6A, additional power and data drops for end user deployment equipment, and power upgrades to IT closets and Telephone Room on the WTVAHCS campus. The design must comply with the latest edition VA Design Standards and other VA Operations Manuals. A site visit is required prior to bidding. The contractor is responsible for obtaining and coordinating the services of any third-party contractors performing other services on site to ensure quality, timely delivery, and documented final product.
O&M Manuals, As-Built drawings in CAD and PDF, applicable permits, installation, testing, and commissioning are also required.
