Background
The Boston VA Medical Center, West Roxbury has a construction requirement for a Firm Fixed Priced Contract. The project will include, but is not limited to, all work including construction administration, demolition, doors, card access, PACS system, mechanical, and electrical. The period of performance is 365 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The VA's magnitude for this construction project is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. This project is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses.

Work Details
This project will include all work including construction administration, demolition, Doors, Card Access, PACS System, mechanical, electrical, etc. Work to be performed at VAMC West Roxbury in accordance with the Statement of Work, Specifications, Drawings, Federal, State, and Local Codes.
