This solicitation is an invitation for bid for project 523A5-22-003 VISN 1 RCx Repairs at the VAMC, Brockton. This project will implement recommendations identified by previously completed retro-commissioning (RCx) activities as included as individual item repairs from a RCx Master Issues Log (MIL). This project will include equipment repairs, equipment replacement, and/or upgrading or optimizing Siemens controls. All work will be done at the Brockton VA Medical Center in Brockton, Massachusetts. In general, work shall include all labor, material, equipment, and supervision to perform the required mechanical, electrical, and programmatic work.
