Work Details
The contractor is required to furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment, supplies, and supervision to perform work as described in the statement of work. The scope of work includes demolishing the exterior veneer graphite from grade to roof levels, following VA and local guidelines as well as specifications provided by the A/E from the 100% submission.
The work will include architectural, interior finishes, mechanical (plumbing, fire protection and HVAC), electrical, structural, and other specialty consultants required pertinent to the project requirements within the constraints of the construction budget consistent with the VA’s project team goals.
