Work Details
The contractor is required to perform the following tasks:
1. Remove and dispose of the existing gate house door and frame.
2. Remove and dispose of the existing tunnel house door and frame.
3. Furnish and install a new gate house door and frame, which must meet specific material standards including ANSI/SDI A250.8 specifications for steel doors.
4. Furnish and install a new tunnel house door and frame with similar specifications.
5. Repair any areas damaged during the work process.
6. Properly dispose of all waste materials generated during construction activities.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period is from September 17, 2024, to November 16, 2024.

Place of Performance
The work will be conducted at Stampede Dam, located approximately 10 miles northeast of Truckee, California.
