This is not a request for proposal, nor an invitation for bid. The intent of this pre-solicitation notice is to identify potential offerors. This acquisition will result in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Multiple Award Construction Contract(MACC), for new construction, renovation, alteration, repair, and associated architecture/engineering work at various locations in Japan. Offerors can view and/or download the solicitation at https://asia.neco.navy.mil/ when it becomes available on the AsiaNECO website. No hard copies will be provided. Notification of any amendments to the solicitation will only be made on the asianeco website for any posted changes. It is the sole responsibility of the offeror to continually view the AsiaNECO website for any amendments issued to the solicitation.
