Mt-Bowdoin NWR-Asphalt Crack Repair   2

Background
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) is seeking a contractor for asphalt crack repair and seal for the parking lot at Bowdoin National Wildlife Refuge (NWR) located in Malta, MT. The goal of this contract is to maintain the integrity and safety of the asphalt surfaces on the refuge, which are essential for both operational and visitor access. The estimated magnitude of construction is less than $25,000.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for sealing and crack sealing all asphalt surfaces within the Bowdoin NWR. This includes:
- Sealcoating the entire office parking lot, entrance road from Old Hwy 2 to the office, and Display pond trail.
- Crack sealing approximately 1,160 linear feet of cracks across these areas.
- The total area to be treated is estimated to be approximately 67,566 square feet. The work must adhere to high-quality standards as outlined in the Statement of Work.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period is from July 1, 2024, to September 30, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at Bowdoin National Wildlife Refuge located at 194 Bowdoin Auto Tour Road, Malta, MT 59538.
