Background
The Neosho National Fish Hatchery (NFH) is part of the United States Fish and Wildlife Service, which aims to support the conservation of fish and wildlife resources. The goal of this contract is to replace the HVAC system at the hatchery to ensure optimal environmental conditions for fish rearing and facility operations.

Work Details
The contractor is required to perform the following tasks:

- Demolish the existing furnace, air conditioner condenser, evaporating coil, and line set in the hatchery building, disposing of all materials according to local regulations.
- Furnish and install a new 14 SEER, 60K BTU natural gas furnace or an equivalent or more efficient model.
- Install a 2-ton air conditioning condensing unit, new evaporating coil, and new line set.

All equipment will connect to existing ductwork, with any necessary adaptors provided during installation. The work includes all gas and electrical connections, testing all functions of the new HVAC system to ensure proper operation. The contractor must supply all labor, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary for the project while adhering to federal and state OSHA regulations and environmental standards.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of 60 days after receiving the notice to proceed.

The work will be conducted at Neosho National Fish Hatchery located at 520 Park Street, Neosho, MO 64850.
