Background
The National Park Service (NPS) at Crater Lake National Park, located within Klamath County, Oregon, has a requirement for the rehabilitation of the Garfield Water Tank. This project aims to ensure the functionality and safety of the water storage system critical for park operations and visitor services.

Work Details
The work includes emptying, cleaning, inspecting, and repairing an existing 185,000-gallon underground concrete water storage tank. Tasks involve removing and relining the existing tank with a polypropylene liner after performing minor concrete and piping repairs. Additionally, tank disinfection and site cleanup are required.

On-site construction for existing liner removal and new liner installation is anticipated to occur approximately between July 21 and September 15, 2025, due to inaccessibility at the tank site caused by snowpack. The contractor must provide all supervision, labor, equipment, testing, and supplies necessary to complete the work as specified in the project specifications and associated documents.

The contract performance period is from September 23, 2024, to September 30, 2025.
