Background
The National Park Service (NPS) is seeking quotations for construction services to repair flood damage to the Furnace Creek landfill cap and associated drainage at Death Valley National Park, California. This project aims to restore the landfill's integrity and ensure proper drainage, aligning with the NPS's mission to preserve natural resources and provide safe visitor experiences.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:

1. Furnish, place, and grade clay soil material for the landfill cap.

2. Repair and install water bars to manage water flow effectively.

3. Line flow paths with rock to prevent erosion.

4. Replace culverts as necessary to maintain drainage systems.

The work must comply with the attached scope of work and specifications outlined in the solicitation.

Period of Performance
The contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days after receiving the award and complete it within 90 calendar days after receiving notice to proceed.
