This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
Design and construction services necessary for the repair and upgrading of six (6) existing exterior aluminum storefront doors for the BLM WY Casper National Historic Trails Interpretive Center (NHTIC). See the Attachments for the specifications. Offer must meet or exceed specifications.

- Please email with any questions you have, prior to the closing date, with enough time to research an answer.
- Email your signed quote package to: jhull@blm.gov, with the title and solicitation number in the subject line, no later than the closing date. Include your Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number on your quote.
- You may put your prices on the SF-1449 form but must also fill out the Bid Schedule.
- Include enough description/information to determine technical acceptability.

Background
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is issuing this solicitation for the repair and upgrading of six existing exterior aluminum storefront doors at the Casper National Historic Trails Interpretive Center (NHTIC).

The goal of this contract is to enhance the functionality and accessibility of the facility, which serves to educate visitors about historic trails. This project is part of BLM's mission to manage public lands for multiple uses while ensuring their protection and preservation.

Work Details
The contractor will provide design and construction services necessary for the repair and upgrading of six existing exterior aluminum storefront doors.

The work includes but is not limited to: assessing the current condition of the doors, performing necessary repairs, and installing upgraded components that meet or exceed specified standards. All work must comply with the specifications outlined in the attached documents.

The contractor is required to ensure that all materials used are durable and suitable for outdoor use, considering factors such as weather resistance and security.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from September 3, 2024, to November 30, 2024.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at the Casper National Historic Trails Interpretive Center located at 1501 North Poplar Street, Casper, Wyoming.
