Auditorium AV System Upgrade

Background
The USGS requires a renovation of the Audio and Video (A/V) and stage lighting systems that support the Dallas Peck Auditorium in Reston, Virginia. The systems will be used to support activities in this room that require in house presentations and Audio or Video conferencing/production. The video system will support presentations from a variety of sources including live, in-house PC system, visitor Laptop PC¿s, tablet devices, and other personal handheld devices.
The new AV system must be fully integrated and utilize common components (e.g. microphones, speakers, etc.) between the audio and video conferencing/production systems.

Work Details
The Contractor shall coordinate work and gain approvals required in this Statement of Work (SOW) with the (CO) and ¿s Representative/Project Manager (COR/PM) as required. All work will be performed at USGS JW Powell building located at 12201 Sunrise Valley Dr.
The Contractor shall begin performance within 0 calendar days and complete it within 180 calendar days after receiving award notice to proceed.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the contract is from 07/05/2024 to 01/01/2025.

Place of Performance
All work will be performed at USGS JW Powell building located at 12201 Sunrise Valley Dr.
