Background
The Bureau of Reclamation is issuing this solicitation for the refurbishment of a 150-ton cableway crane at the Hoover Dam. The goal of this contract is to ensure the crane operates safely and efficiently, supporting the agency's mission to manage water resources and provide hydroelectric power.

Work Details
The contractor shall furnish all necessary personnel, materials, equipment, services, and facilities to perform the following tasks:

1. Performance and Payment Bonds;
2. Mobilization and preparation;
3. Acquisition of all materials/equipment;
4. Transportation of all materials to the cableway;
5. Engineering/Safety Analysis and Services;
6. Onsite Construction;
7. Load Testing & Annual Inspection.

The work must comply with applicable ASME B30 standards and include safety measures for working at heights (approximately 200 feet). The contractor will also be responsible for developing rescue procedures for construction work in difficult-to-access areas.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period is expected to begin within 10 calendar days after award and must be completed within 730 calendar days.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will take place at the Hoover Dam, located in Boulder City, Nevada.
