Mather Land Development Project Parking Lot Mather, CA VA Northern California Health Care System Construction Services for Project #612-121 Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 21 will be issuing an Invitation for Bid for a General Construction Contractor for the project Mather Land Development Project Parking Lot at Mather, California 95655. Work shall include, but not limited to the following: Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, furnish labor, materials and perform work for land development of new parcels to include parking, fencing, stormwater management, vehicular, and pedestrian access as required by drawings and specifications. GENERAL CONSTRUCTION: Site preparation and construction of a new 107,550 square foot new parking lot. Work includes general construction, alterations, demolition, grading, roads, walks, drainage, stormwater, fencing, and landscaping. This Invitation for Bid will be a total Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. Proposals will only be accepted from qualified VIP Verified and SAM registered Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business under NAICS 238990. This is a Pre-Solicitation announcement only. Solicitation documents will be available after April 21, 2020. The solicitation will contain all necessary proposal instructions. Estimated project cost is between $2,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.
