Project 675-100 Expand Primary Care Minor Construction at Lake Nona (East)

In accordance with 38 U.S.C. 8127 (Public Law 109-461), this project is a competitive Service-Disabled Veteran - Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside.

The contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, materials, labor, supervision, personnel, and shall do all things necessary that will result in the completion of Project 675-100 Expand Primary Care East (Minor) construction project, in accordance with the attached Specifications and Drawings.

Background
The project is a competitive Service-Disabled Veteran - Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside, in accordance with 38 U.S.C. ยง 8127 (Public Law 109-461). The contractor is required to provide all tools, equipment, materials, labor, supervision, and personnel necessary for the completion of Project 675-100 Expand Primary Care East (Minor) construction project.

Work Details
The construction tasks include the installation of medical wireless access points (WAP2) with cabling and terminations. There are also several bid deduct alternates listed, such as deleting corner guards and wall guards at the 4th floor, not building out the 4th floor interior, and not building the 4th floor, 4th interstitial floor and new roof slab above the interstitial level. The bidder must provide the deducted amount of each line item in the unit price column and the total amount after the deduct has been applied in the amount column.

The construction projects will be performed at Orlando VA Medical Center, Lake Nona Campus, located at 13800 Veterans Way, Orlando, FL 32827.
