Infrastructure upgrades include electrical, bonding, UPS, building management system interfaces, HVAC, communication, physical security upgrades, and fiber infrastructure backbone campus wide. Within each and in between the buildings, which will include modification that may impact roads, walks, grading, drainage, and other existing utilities. Data Center WAN updates and hazardous material abatement. Project Buildings are 1, 2, 10, 19, 20, 26, 29, 30, 40, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 60, and any associated work in other buildings as indicated.

Background
The solicitation is for the EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades Construction project in San Juan. The work includes general construction, infrastructure upgrades, reconfiguring and renovating existing spaces, infrastructure upgrades such as electrical, bonding, UPS, building management system interfaces, HVAC, communication, physical security upgrades, fiber infrastructure backbone campus wide, Data Center WAN updates and hazardous material abatement. The project involves modifications that may impact roads, walks, grading, drainage, and other existing utilities. The project buildings include 1, 2, 10, 19, 20, 26, 29, 30, 40, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54 and 60.

Work Details
The contractor is required to furnish all labor, materials and supervision to complete the EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades in accordance with the attached specifications and drawings. The entire project must be completed no later than 1129 calendar days after receiving the NOTICE TO PROCEED.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed in San Juan.
