This is a Total Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside procurement. A Firm-Fixed Price Construction award is anticipated. NAICS Code: 236220. Small Business Size Standard: $39.5 Million. ADA Bathroom Upgrades; NYHHS Brooklyn Campus. DESCRIPTION OF WORK to include but not limited to: Upgrade two (2) existing bathrooms into ADA-compliant bathrooms at designated locations in Building # 2 at the NYHHS Brooklyn Campus located at 800 Poly Place, Brooklyn, NY 11209. Work shall meet all VA design guidelines and requirement. This work shall include all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision. Perform selective demolition; remove any flooring necessary to complete specified renovation; install new plumbing and plumbing fixtures to include sink with vanity, toilet and shower equipped with ADA compliant fixtures including but not limited to: handrails, grab bars, shower spraying mechanism of appropriate length, electronically controlled or push touch sink faucet. Maintain all needed clearances and swing space as stipulated in ADA; and install new doors, frames and associated millwork and casework as appropriate.
