Background
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is seeking a contractor to perform repairs on a cold storage building located at the Fergus Falls Wetland Management District in Fergus Falls, MN. The building has a metal roof and siding with 8 overhead doors and 4 walk-through doors. The work involves removing and replacing screws in the roof, sealing door frames to prevent water leaks, and ensuring compliance with contract specifications. The project must be completed by June 1, 2024.

Work Details
The work will consist of removing and replacing screws in the roof with industry standard screws supplied by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, ensuring proper installation to avoid damage to the rubber gaskets. Additionally, all door frames need to be sealed at the top corners to prevent water leaks. The contractor must coordinate work outside normal refuge duty hours or on Federal holidays with the station point of contact.
Inspection and acceptance of the work will be conducted to ensure compliance with contract documents.
