Rebuild Paramount Ranch & Rocky Oaks Administrative Area, Santa Monica Mountain   4

Background
The National Park Service (NPS), Department of Interior (DOI), Denver Service Center (DSC), is soliciting proposals on a full and open basis from all interested businesses having the capability to perform the work described below. The purpose of this project is to rebuild facilities that were destroyed or lost in the Woolsey Fire of 2018. Paramount Ranch construction will include four (4) buildings plus utilities and associated site work similar to those burned. Rocky Oaks construction will include four (4) housing units and an administration building, plus utilities and associated site work.

Work Details
The construction tasks for this project include rebuilding facilities at Paramount Ranch and Rocky Oaks Administrative Area, Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area in Thousand Oaks, CA. The work involves constructing four buildings plus utilities and associated site work at Paramount Ranch. It also includes constructing four housing units and an administration building plus utilities and associated site work at Rocky Oaks. The facilities are intended to have the same program of visitor use, special events, and film interpretation as before the fire.
