Description

The purpose of this Job Order Contract (JOC) is to provide all material, labor, transportation, tools, equipment, management, supervision and quality control necessary for construction services for HVAC systems and plumbing construction, repairs, maintenance and associated work under NAICS Code 238220. This JOC is intended to provide rapid response for construction, maintenance, rehabilitation and repair of real property in a cost effective manner. Firm-fixed-price task orders for construction will be placed against the contract. The successful offeror must be able perform multiple task orders in multiple locations simultaneously.
