Background
The Department of the Interior, Indian Affairs is conducting market research to prepare for re-procuring contracts for regional construction projects. These Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOCs) will serve as parent contracts under which Indian Affairs organizations, primarily the Bureau of Indian Affairs and Bureau of Indian Education, will acquire construction services for projects under $5 million during a five-year period.

The MATOCs are intended to be set aside for Indian Economic Enterprises (IEEs) or Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs) that operate in the local areas of the projects.

Work Details
Indian Affairs is seeking information on Indian-owned vendors providing construction services in various disciplines, including:
- General Contractors (GCs)
- Roofing
- Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning
- Electrical
- Paving
- Prefabricated Buildings.

They are interested in vendors capable of handling projects at every price point under $5 million, including those with projects under $100K, $250K, $1M, $2.5M, or $5M. Vendors are encouraged to submit project information that includes at least three completed projects within the last six years across various states.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a five-year period.

Place of Performance
The geographic locations for the construction projects will be determined based on the local areas where the Indian Economic Enterprises and Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises operate.
