SOLICITATION NOTICE:
The National Park Service, Interior Regions 3/4/5, Ohio Major Acquisition Buying Office, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the Fence Replacement project for William Howard Taft National Historic Site (WIHO) in Cincinnati, OH.
Work will consist of providing all labor, materials, tools and other equipment necessary to remove current wooden fence and install a new galvanized railing at the project site.

This project is set aside 100% for Total Small Businesses.

Background
The National Park Service (NPS), specifically the Interior Regions 3/4/5, Ohio Major Acquisition Buying Office, is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a Fence Replacement project at the William Howard Taft National Historic Site (WIHO) in Cincinnati, OH.

The goal of this contract is to enhance the site by replacing the existing wooden fence with a new galvanized railing, thereby improving safety and aesthetics in line with NPS standards.

Work Details
The work will include providing all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to remove the current wooden fence and install a new galvanized railing at the project site.

The project magnitude is estimated to be between $25,000 and $100,000. This contract will be awarded as a firm-fixed price contract and is subject to Construction Wage Rate Requirements for Hamilton County, OH. Additionally, an organized site visit has been scheduled for potential bidders to assess the project requirements.

Period of Performance
The contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days after receiving the award notice to proceed and complete it within 120 calendar days.

Place of Performance
The construction work will take place at the William Howard Taft National Historic Site located at 2038 Auburn Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45219-3025.
