Background
The contract is for the maintenance and training services for baggage X-ray scanner equipment located at various Military Entrance Processing Stations (MEPS) under the jurisdiction of HQ USMEPCOM, a Department of Defense (DOD) activity responsible for determining the aptitude, moral character, and medical qualification of applicants and Selective Service System registrants for enlistment or induction into the Armed Services.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide preventive maintenance, repair, and onsite basic operator refresher training services for baggage x-ray scanner equipment located at 52 MEPS. The contractor shall develop and maintain an effective quality control program to ensure services are performed according to acceptable standards.
The work will be performed over multiple periods of performance from June 2022 to June 2027. The contractor is also responsible for providing a quality assurance surveillance plan to verify that services are performed according to acceptable standards.

The contract will be performed over multiple periods of performance from June 2022 to June 2027.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at various Military Entrance Processing Stations (MEPS) locations as identified in Technical Exhibit 3.
