WV009 Clarksburg WV and WV010 Bridgeport WV Refuse and Recycling   3

Background
The Army Contracting Command New Jersey (ACC-NJ) is acting on behalf of the 99th Readiness Division DPW to procure new refuse and recycling services. The mission of the agency is to ensure effective and efficient support for military operations. This contract aims to provide essential waste management services at specified locations in West Virginia.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide refuse collection and recycling services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement at the following locations:

- AMSA #102, 6 Armory Road, Clarksburg, WV 26301 (WV009)
- Clarksburg USARC #2, RT 2 Box 77, Meadowbrook Road, Bridgeport, WV 26330 (WV010)

Services include:
1. Refuse Services: Furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and transportation to dispose of refuse and recyclables as per the Performance Work Statement. Pricing must include all fuel surcharges and any fees associated with the Growing Greener Act.

2. Containers must be placed as directed by the onsite facility coordinator or Regional Facility Operational Specialist (RFOS).

3. Specific requirements for dumpsters include:
- At AMSA #102: One 8 Cubic Yard Dumpster serviced once weekly.
- At Clarksburg USARC: One 8 Cubic Yard Dumpster serviced once weekly.

4. Additional services for wood and metal disposal include one 15 Cubic Yard Dumpster serviced once a year at each location.

Period of Performance
The contract will consist of a base period of performance lasting 12 months with four additional option periods of 12 months each.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at two locations in West Virginia: AMSA #102 located at 6 Armory Road, Clarksburg, WV 26301 and Clarksburg USARC #2 located at RT 2 Box 77, Meadowbrook Road, Bridgeport, WV 26330.
