Background

1) Completion of certifications relevant to Public Law 99-399;
2) Submission of a Statement of Qualifications that includes documentation proving eligibility as a U.S. person or joint venture;
3) Listing similar projects completed or substantially completed by the offeror;
4) Employing U.S. citizens in key management and supervisory positions on project sites;
5) Providing evidence of ongoing business operations for at least two years prior to the issuance date of the solicitation.
