The purpose of this AMENDMENT A00002 is as follows:

1. Add the Department of Homeland Security, United States Coast Guard as an authorized ordering office

2. SubCLIN 0001AD- Change the title from Utility Services to Life Support Services, no other changes have been made to this ELIN or it's subCLINs

3. INTERPRETER SERVICES ELIN- remove the 4 hours minimum for interpreter services

4. INTERPRETER SERVICES ELIN separate interpreter services into two (2) subCLINs, Day (DY) and Hours (HR)

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

This is an UPDATE TO AMENDMENT A00001 to:

  1. Extend the Solicitation due date FROM April 1, 2021 TO April 19, 2021 at 1500 P.M. JST, and
  2. Incorporate changes as a result of the Question and Answers from the solicitation.

Changes have been made to Section L, Section G, and the FAR/DFARS clauses.

This is AMENDMENT A00001 to the Request for Proposal (RFP) for Worldwide Expeditionary Multiple Award Contract (WEXMAC).

The purpose of this amendment is to provide questions and answers collected in Industrial Days that were held on the 9th and 10th of February 2021.

No other changes have been made to the solicitation.

ORIGINAL SOLICITATION

This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Worldwide Expeditionary Multiple Award Contract (WEXMAC).

Questions in response to this RFP are due no later than March 12, 2021 at 1300 JST (Japanese Standard Time, GMT +9). Questions received after this time may not be considered.

Proposals are due no later than April 1, 2021, at 1500 JST. Proposals received after this time may not be considered.
