Workplace Reservation System

The Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Office of Asset and Facilities Management (OAFM) has a future office that is currently being completed and has a requirement of an on-demand workplace resource scheduling system. This location will serve as the pilot, but the OAFM office is looking to provide the same system to all agency employees, incorporating employee telework schedules, leave and other out of office situations. This technology solution will include the ability for the agency to increase productivity, lower costs, and improve how and when people work. This system must be scalable and can be implemented throughout the ICE real estate portfolio.
