Work Reception and Management   2

Background
This requirement is for Work Reception and Management for the Directorate of Public Works (DPW). The service was previously handled by the DPW Base Maintenance Contractor and will now be its own standalone contract. DPW currently receives approximately 60,000 Work/Service Orders a year.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform Work Reception and Management. This includes receiving requests for repairs and maintenance issues at Fort Stewart/Hunter Army Airfield (FSGA and HAAF), coordinating with Base O&M Contractor and other DPW contractors to receive requests for repairs, establishing and tracking all requests for repairs and maintenance issues at FSGA and HAAF.

The Contractor shall develop and maintain a Quality Control Plan (QCP) to ensure services are performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Contractor shall also provide services for DPW Work Reception and Management including receiving requests for any aspect of real property maintenance and repair, information, services, technical assistance, and environmental service issues.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period from September 1, 2024 to March 31, 2030.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Fort Stewart & Hunter Army Airfield (FSGA and HAAF), Fort Stewart 31314.
