Wori Replace Boiler at Stanton House

Background
The National Park Service, Northeast Region, New York MABO Acquisition Buying Office, is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for a construction requirement at the Women's Rights National Historical Park in New York. The goal of this contract is to replace the existing boiler system at the Elizabeth Cady Stanton House with a more energy-efficient unit. This acquisition is designated as a 100% small business set-aside, with an estimated magnitude of less than $25,000.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for replacing a 100,000 BTU natural gas boiler, three radiators, and associated piping and controls at the Elizabeth Cady Stanton House. The project aims to install new components that enhance energy efficiency. The work includes all necessary tasks related to plumbing, heating, and waste disposal equipment maintenance and repair.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period is from July 15, 2025, to September 30, 2025.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at the Elizabeth Cady Stanton House located at 32 Washington Street, Seneca Falls, NY 13148.
