The U.S. Department of Labor, Office of the Assistant Secretary for Administration and Management (OASAM), Office of the Senior Procurement Executive (OPSE), Customer Acquisition Services (CAS) is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) on behalf of the Wirtz Library for Government Documents Database Services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and the RFQ terms and conditions.

This requirement will result in the award of a single award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract.

The anticipated period of performance: one (1) 12-month base period with four (4) 12-month option periods, to begin on July 1, 2023.

Questions regarding this RFQ are to be submitted via email to Marlon Chambers, Contract Specialist, at chambers.marlon.k@dol.gov WITH COPY to Brian Mason, Contracting Officer, at mason.brian.c@dol.gov. by 12:00 p.m. (ET) on Thursday, June 22, 2023.

Quoters shall submit all questions via email. The subject line of the e-mail shall contain the solicitation number. Responses to questions submitted will be responded to via an amendment on SAM.gov. No questions posed via telephone will be accepted.
