This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-09.

This RFQ is issued on a sole source basis to USI Electronics under the authority of 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) and 6.302-1(c)- Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements and name brand descriptions.
