Wifi Installation and Service-Utah Test and Training Range (UTTR)

Background
Hill Air Force Base, part of the Air Force Sustainment Center, is seeking information to install commercial internet service to the Ready Building (40100) at the Oasis Compound, North Utah Test and Training Range.

The goal of this upgrade is to enhance the current cellular network to support increased capacity, improve service quality, and incorporate the latest technology standards.

Work Details
The scope of work for the commercial internet infrastructure upgrade includes:

1. Site Survey and Assessment: Conduct a detailed survey of the building to assess current capabilities, equipment conditions, and site readiness for upgrade.

2. Equipment Procurement and Installation: Procurement of new routers, antennas, and other necessary hardware; Installation and configuration of new hardware.

3. Core Network Upgrade: Upgrade of core network components including switches, routers, and servers.

4. Integration and Testing: Integration of upgraded and new commercial WiFi into the existing network; Comprehensive testing to ensure all systems function correctly and meet performance requirements.

5. Network Optimization: Post-installation optimization of network parameters to ensure maximum efficiency and service quality; Continuous monitoring and fine-tuning during the initial operation period.

6. Training and Documentation: Provide training for staff on the operation and maintenance of the upgraded infrastructure; Supply detailed documentation on all new equipment, software, and network configurations.
