Work Details
The contractor is required to perform intra-hatchery fish tagging trailer moves from February 27, 2025, to December 30, 2025. Key tasks include:
- Providing all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, and supervision to perform the services as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW).
- Ensuring timely pickup and delivery of trailers at specified hatchery locations.
- Maintaining communication with FWS staff regarding any schedule changes or issues during transport.
- Delivering trailers during normal business hours (7:00 AM to 4:30 PM) and ensuring they are dropped off at designated locations on hatchery property.
- Truck drivers must notify FWS staff of estimated arrival times and any mechanical issues or accidents that occur during transport.
