Whitney/Aquilla Lakes Mowing Services   3

Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Three Rivers Region, Fort Worth District, Texas, requires a contractor to provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, management, and supervision to perform recreational park mowing services at Aquilla and Whitney lakes, including the Whitney Project Office Facility. The services will be performed in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement and as required by State, Federal and applicable regulations.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform all mowing services defined in the Performance Work Statement and Bid Sheet. The services include mowing and trimming around various facilities and acreages in the recreational parks at these locations. The contract includes a base year with three option years.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the base year is from 1 May 2022 to 30 April 2023. The option years are from 1 May 2023 to 30 April 2024 (Option Year One), 1 May 2024 to 30 April 2025 (Option Year Two), and 1 May 2025 to 30 April 2026 (Option Year Three).

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Aquilla and Whitney lakes within the Three Rivers Region in Texas.
