Whiteman AFB Fitness Instructor

Background
The contract is issued by the 509th Force Support Squadron (FSS) at Whiteman Air Force Base (AFB), which is responsible for providing fitness and sports programs to support the mission of the Air Force.

The goal of this contract is to secure qualified fitness instructors to deliver group exercise classes that enhance the physical fitness and well-being of personnel at Whiteman AFB.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide group exercise instruction classes, which may include various formats such as HIIT, boot camp, yoga, spin, TRX, strength & conditioning, step, and aerobics.

Each class will have a duration of 45 to 60 minutes and must include a warm-up period of 5 to 10 minutes, an active workout period, and a cool-down period of 5 to 10 minutes. Additionally, the contractor is required to submit a master program schedule monthly that details the name of each class to the Fitness Program Director at least 30 days prior to the start of each month.

All services must be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated June 25, 2024.

The services will be performed at Whiteman Air Force Base (AFB), Missouri.
